Ashlee is an Australian journalist currently living in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is skilled in print, radio, online and multimedia journalism, as well as photography. She is currently working as a copy editor on the web desk of the Jakarta Globe, a new English-language daily broadsheet newspaper. She is also available for freelance assignments.

Is the world's fourth most populous nation. Almost 90 percent of the population identify as Muslim. It has more than 17,500 islands — but only around 6,000 are inhabited. It's home to diverse cultures and a growing tourism industry. Indonesia has thousands of stories waiting to be told.
